Artykuł 29	Article 29
Wejście w życie Traktatu	Entry into Force of the Treaty
Niniejszy Traktat wchodzi w życie po upływie trzech miesięcy od złożenia przez państwa u Dyrektora Generalnego WIPO 30 dokumentów ratyfikacyjnych lub przystąpienia.	This Treaty shall enter into force three months after 30 instruments of ratification or accession by States have been deposited with the Director General of WIPO.
Artykuł 30	Article 30
Data uzyskania statusu strony Traktatu	Effective Date of Becoming Party to the Treaty
Niniejszy Traktat wiąże:	This Treaty shall bind
(i) 30 państw, o których mowa w artykule 29, od daty wejścia w życie niniejszego Traktatu;	(i) the 30 States referred to in Article 29, from the date on which this Treaty has entered into force;
(ii) każde inne państwo po upływie trzech miesięcy od daty złożenia przez to państwo dokumentu Dyrektorowi Generalnemu WIPO;	(ii) each other State from the expiration of three months from the date on which the State has deposited its instrument with the Director General of WIPO;
(iii) Wspólnotę Europejską, po upływie trzech miesięcy od złożenia dokumentu ratyfikacyjnego lub przystąpienia, jeśli dokument ten złożony został po wejściu w życie niniejszego Traktatu, zgodnie z artykułem 29, lub trzech miesięcy od daty wejścia w życie niniejszego Traktatu, jeśli dokument ten został złożony przed wejściem w życie niniejszego Traktatu;	(iii) the European Community, from the expiration of three months after the deposit of its instrument of ratification or accession if such instrument has been deposited after the entry into force of this Treaty according to Article 29, or, three months after the entry into force of this Treaty if such instrument has been deposited before the entry into force of this Treaty;
(iv) każdą inną organizację międzyrządową, która została uznana jako strona niniejszego Traktatu, po upływie trzech miesięcy od złożenia dokumentu przystąpienia.	(iv) any other intergovernmental organization that is admitted to become party to this Treaty, from the expiration of three months after the deposit of its instrument of accession.
Artykuł 31	Article 31
Wypowiedzenie Traktatu	Denunciation of the Treaty
Każda z Umawiających się Stron może wypowiedzieć niniejszy Traktat drogą notyfikacji skierowanej do Dyrektora Generalnego WIPO. Wypowiedzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie roku od daty otrzymania notyfikacji przez Dyrektora Generalnego.	This Treaty may be denounced by any Contracting Party by notification addressed to the Director General of WIPO. Any denunciation shall take effect one year from the date on which the Director General of WIPO received the notification.
Artykuł 32	Article 32
Języki Traktatu	Languages of the Treaty
(1) Niniejszy Traktat jest sporządzony w jednym egzemplarzu oryginalnym w językach angielskim, arabskim, chińskim, francuskim, rosyjskim i hiszpańskim, przy czym każda z tych wersji jest jednakowo autentyczna.	(1) This Treaty is signed in a single original in English, Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish languages, the versions in all these languages being equally authentic.
(2) Tekst urzędowy w jakimkolwiek innym języku niż wymieniony w ustępie pierwszym jest sporządzany przez Dyrektora Generalnego WIPO na wniosek zainteresowanej strony, po konsultacji ze wszystkimi pozostałymi zainteresowanymi stronami. W rozumieniu niniejszego ustępu przez „zainteresowaną stronę“ rozumie się każde Państwo Członkowskie WIPO, którego języka urzędowego lub jednego z języków urzędowych to dotyczy, jak również Wspólnotę Europejską	(2) An official text in any language other than those referred to in paragraph (1) shall be established by the Director General of WIPO on the request of an interested party, after consultation with all the interested parties.
