symbole państwowe i znaki (flagi, herby, ordery, banknoty i tym podobne), a także symbole i znaki jednostek samorządowych;
dzieła sztuki ludowej (folklor), które nie mają konkretnych autorów;
doniesienia na temat wydarzeń i faktów, które mają wyłącznie charakter informacyjny (wiadomości, programy telewizyjne, harmonogramy transportu i tym podobne).
